A major new addition to the Shoes Galleries is the new sneaker wall in Gallery 3 offering a striking display for Selfridges’ extensive selection of women’s sneakers. Vertical bands of stainless steel have been folded to form individual display shelves. The vapour-blasted finish of stainless steel on multiple facets creates soft reflections, picking up the bright colours of sneakers. The overall effect is of a wave or ripple along the shoe gallery perimeter.
